Shipping policy

We want to ensure that you receive the freshest coffee possible. To do that, we plan to roast Friday - Sunday and ship first thing Monday morning. If you select pick up as a shipping option, we will contact you when the order is ready. We will try to get you your coffee as soon as possible as there may be times where we are roasting outside the above schedule due to order volumes.

We ship USPS and UPS. Your package may be delayed due to high volume and staffing shortages. We are not responsible for any delayed packages, once they are shipped. 

As a small business, we are unable to absorb the costs of packages being lost in transit. We cannot refund orders that are marked as delivered with a tracking number, even if a customer is stating they haven’t received the package.

When checking out we advise you to please double check to make sure your address is correct.

If you realize the address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@nibbscoffeecompany.com. Once the package ships, we will not be able to make any changes to it.
