Refund policy

Coffee Purchases: 

We cannot guarantee refunds on coffee purchases. If you've purchased coffee beans from Nibbs Coffee Company and are dissatisfied, please reach out to info@nibbscoffeecompany.com and one of our representatives will reach out to you to gather further information.

For Apparel / Coffee Equipment: 

Any unopened / unused apparel or coffee equipment may be returned within 30 days, provided the product is returned in its original package. If we receive the product and it appears to be used, we will not be able to offer a full refund. 

If product is broken or damaged upon arrival, you may return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase. 

Nibbs Coffee Company does not cover shipping costs on returned merchandise.
